Rest of yesterday

Around 5pm I had a snack in the car
2/3 cup egg whites
1/4 cup (when dry) steel cut oats, a handful of blueberries, 1 tbsp flax

When I got home at 8pm I was starving and had a low sugar detour bar, and pbnj (natural pb, fruit spread, ezekial english muffin)
