Meals need to contain 1) vegetables, 2) protein, 3) fat or carbohydrate
No flour or sugar (except naturally occurring in vegetables and fruit).
Consume only full fat dairy (because of the sugar)
Drink at least 8 glasses of water a day.
Do not ingest chemicals and preservatives.
Only deter from these rules for special occasions like birthdays, holidays, or your *favorite* restaurant - but don't allow this to occur more than once a week or 4 times per month.
