FOOD RULES


  • Meals need to contain 1) vegetables, 2) protein, 3) fat or carbohydrate
  • No flour or sugar (except naturally occurring in vegetables and fruit).
  • Consume only full fat dairy (because of the sugar)
  • Drink at least 8 glasses of water a day.  
  • Do not ingest chemicals and preservatives.
  • Only deter from these rules for special occasions like birthdays, holidays, or your *favorite* restaurant - but don't allow this to occur more than once a week or 4 times per month.
